Training and Implementation of BIM

and new technologies

What is BIM forming?

The BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology is a work methodology that combines 3D modeling and information associated with each of the modeled parts. This methodology is applied to the development of architectural, engineering, decoration and interior design projects, etc. The projects developed in BIM format have many advantages over the old ways of working in 2D.

What advantages does working with BIM offer us and why is it essential to adquire this knowledge?

  • Modeling of three dimensional buildings in live. This methodology combines the information in 2D and 3D avoiding errors and providing a vision with constructive details integrated anywhere in the project. All this allows us to have greater control in all phases of project development (Sketch, structure, facilities, construction details, presentations and infographics, etc.)
  • Reduces time and costs. Continuous updating or modifications involving work on a project from its initial stages to its construction and subsequent maintenance work are easily implemented in the project in BIM format. All documents are linked and updated in real time.
  • Centralization of the entire project in a single model. This allows us to avoid interrelation problems between files that change their name and / or folder. In a single file we can have full control over our project.
  • Early identification of errors. Having 3D modeling in the architectural elements (walls, floors, carpentry ...) and pillars, girders, installations, conduits, allows us to detect overlaps and interferences between the different project systems.
  • Collective and simultaneous work Multiple collaborators may work simultaneously on the same project in real time.
  • View and share the 3D model. There are multiple ways to share the BIM model on the internet through smartphones, tablets, etc. with your collaborators and clients for free.We show you how here.

If you belong to the construction sector, architects, engineers or another professional sector that carries out its activity in the construction environment, and is interested in acquiring knowledge about this training and you want to go beyond the design phases, encompassing the execution of the project and extending throughout the life cycle of the building, allowing its management and reducing operating costs, write to us!

We provide face-to-face and online training

Meet the international standard ISO 19650 for BIM

This standard deals with information management throughout the life cycle, the requirements for the acquisition and civil engineering of a project constructed using information modeling for buildings, it also defines the requirements for the acquisition.

The standards are intended for all agents involved in the supply chain of this process.

ISP 19650 contains the same high-level principles and requirements as BIM Level 2.
