4 reasons to use 3D PLANS

EVOLUTION OF ARCHVIZ FROM ANOTHER VIEW

Currently, after 2020, we have been able to see the great potential that digital services have and how they have helped us to continue our economic activities. The value of the online market has increased considerably, as we can see in this graph.

3D digital modeling and infographics for architecture allow us to project reality with various objectives, providing many solutions to real estate companies. For this reason we believe that PLAN-3D, thanks to its immense advantages, will be used more and more.

Why PLAN-3D helps to a real estate or developer? Buyers of homes, have to see many properties in a short time to compare and decide. This can cause some stress on the customer's part. PLAN-3D is a solution to this, improving the user experience by facilitating the understanding of the plans.

Currently there are several ways to communicate the spaces of a home through digital media: virtual visits, photographic reports, videos, but they are not always appropriate and are often very expensive in time and money. Another handicap of some new technologies is the incompatibility with some platforms, web browsers, etc. PLAN-3D is also a solution to all this.

PLAN-3D brings users a more visual and simple way to decide something as important as "Where do you want to live" Today it is pretty clear that when it comes to selling a product it is vital to make things easy for customers, to give them convenient, fast solutions that really help them make their decisions.

And what are the main advantages of the Virtual Zenit 3D PLAN?

 * Quick readability. Easy spatial interpretation.

* Visual appeal.

* Economic

* Easily distributable in all digital environments.

* Quick readability. Easy spatial interpretation. In much less time compared to virtual visits, for example, the user can feel oriented and master the characteristics of the property. Know the different rooms and dependencies. It is also possible to know approximate measurements by establishing a pattern with the 1mx1m reference grid.

The photographic reports in comparison with PLAN-3D require a greater effort of orientation and interpretation of the spaces. It is true that photography can be useful many times, and it is a good complement to the THREE-DIMENSIONAL PLANE. It should be borne in mind that a professional photographic report is more expensive, and is sometimes contraindicated in homes in poor condition. A 3D plan gives us an overview that guides us with a single glance.

* Visual appeal. PLAN-3D is much more attractive compared to traditional 2d sales plans, since it represents the finished materials with realistic textures, showing us the cut and illuminated plant as if it were a small model. They show us the possibilities of the house in its best version, and possible reform options can even be offered by adding or removing partitions, windows, etc.

*Economic. Much more affordable compared to other solutions. For very little cost you can offer PLAN-3D views. It is not necessary to pay travel expenses to do it. Nor will it be necessary to pay for 360º photography equipment or laser-scanners or to host the files on specific and expensive to maintain websites.

* Easily distributable in all digital environments. It does not matter the type of device, smartphone, tablet, TV, computer, ... Multiplatform. Images and videos can be viewed indistinctly on iOS, Android. PLAN-3D is very appropriate to share on SOCIAL NETWORKS. The format in which the files, images and videos are sent are compatible with almost all social networks, either as files or from links.

Why do we emphasize social media?

It is well known how essential social media platforms are for companies / brands, not only for communication, but also for their positioning. One report indicates that 81% of users follow a brand on a social network and 27% have greater confidence in the brand by their presence on social networks. EMOTIONAL CONNECTION. Visually projecting oneself onto 3D space generates an emotional bond for us. That will be unconsciously crucial when making the decision to buy. It is also very helpful to be able to have the opinion of your trusted people as it is so easy to share views and videos in 3 dimensions. In addition to PLAN-3D in Virtual Zenit we offer you other complementary services, such as virtual visits, 360º photos.

PLAN-3D offers you a way to visualize and understand the characteristics of a large number of homes in a short time and is an excellent starting point to attract buyers.

Virtual reality and architectural cultural heritage

VIRTUAL REALITY AND CULTURAL AND ARCHITECTURAL HERITAGE

Disseminate and conserve Our architectural and cultural heritage It has a great ally that you must know: virtual reality

There are many City Councils and all kinds of organizations that ensure the preservation and dissemination of Monuments, buildings of cultural and architectural interest. Given the state of conservation, on many occasions it is necessary to limit the number of visits to ruins, archaeological sites or protected natural areas to avoid further degradation and facilitate the work of conservators.

In this article we propose various tools that New Technologies provide us, such as virtual reality, augmented reality and mixed reality for the dissemination and restoration of artistic and architectural heritage.

New ways to spread the history of Our heritage that will excite visitors!

Virtual tours

Within this area, virtual reality and specifically virtual visits allowed us to recreate past times and delve into history. We can walk inside buildings that ceased to exist Centuries ago, interact with buildings in ways that are impossible in the real world, or see Objects that are too fragile, difficult to access, etc. helping of step to super conservation.

The tourist will be able to interact with historical figures who question him on a super tour. With virtual tours you get a richer and more immersive experience. Since you CAN introduce narrations or music according to the theme of the tour. We can enrich the visit by incorporating videos, texts, photographs, plans, 3D models ...

This innovative technology allows us to know Spaces that, due to security or conservation regulations, cannot be physically visited. It also allows us to complete the experience by adding vision from new points of view.

Virtual reality become an especially useful tool for people who, due to any type of handicap or disability, cannot make visits to caves, places with stairs, ruins, or complicated accesses.

An example of this is the virtual visit to the church of the modernist architect Josep María Jujol in Montferri.

      http://www.virtualzenit.com/visitas/visita-virtual-patrimonio

 3D Interactive models

It is very enriching to be able to compare the state of a monument today with its original state. In the following example we will see two ways of getting to know the Acropolis of Athens.

In the first case we can see a virtual tour in Athens of the current state of the Acropolis in a 360º video in which we can look in any direction from the cursor down the image. https://youtu.be/xB_yLnCK6a8

As we can see the photography, or in this case the 360º video gives us realism, a large quantity and quality of details.

But where our imagination does not reach the help of virtual reality that allows us to visualize what this architectural complex was like in its time of splendor. This allows us to know and interpret the current ruins much better.

Virtual visit to the 3D reproduction of the original state of the Acropolis. https://youtu.be/y9zWmURQcyc

One of the advantages of online disclosure is that it reaches any part of the world.

Having realistic 3D images makes it easier to know exactly the state prior to deterioration or the phases and different periods of construction of a building or historic center.

How virtual reality helps us in restoration and conservation:

The large influx of visitors often endangers the conservation of these spaces or monuments. Virtual reality can be a key tool to solve all these problems without preventing the disclosure of the heritage and its enjoyment. The number of virtual visits can be as large as required and this can provide many benefits of all kinds without negatively impacting conservation.

We can try restoration techniques on digital models, or explore different theories about their construction, all making sure not to damage the original ... The possibilities are endless.

 ser escáner

For the restoration it is essential to document in as much detail as possible the geometry and ornamentation of each corner reliably. The laser scanner allows us to obtain a model with exact measurements and colors of any monument.

With a point cloud it is possible to carry out a flatness study of elements, such as floors or walls, to be able to have an exact survey of what exists and to be able to measure, or carry out the engineering procedure.

In the heritage conservation sector this use is very complete, since the scanning of the elements can not only develop and document these elements, it can also carry out a study of how the passage of time and the weather has affected them.

The laser that uncovered the mysteries of Notre Dame

The Notre Dame Cathedral is undoubtedly one of the best known and most visited historical monuments in the world, something that has favored its analysis by all kinds of scholars.

One of them has turned out to leave a potentially extraordinary legacy for restoration. The historian Andrew Tallon, who worked as a professor of medieval art at the prestigious Vassar College, recently passed away, but for years he documented in depth the great works of French Gothic art.

Part of that work was dedicated to trying to explore the secrets of some of those historical buildings, and among them is the Notre Dame Cathedral, as indicated in National Geographic, Andrew used a unique laser scanning technique that among other things allows generate extraordinarily accurate three-dimensional models.

How we can see, virtual reality and 360º photography provide us with very versatile and powerful tools to disseminate heritage. They also allow us to work on the conservation and restoration of buildings of our architectural and artistic heritage and this already well-established trend will spread and increase further if possible, and its technical resources. We are not exaggerating if we say that today we have the tools that allow us to travel to the past virtually.

Opportunities offered by virtual reality against coronavirus

OWE PROPOSE 2 METHODS TO IMPLEMENT TELEWORK IN REAL ESTATE AGENTS AND OTHER SECTORS

We imagine that by now you are saturated with hearing and reading the great impact of the coronavirus health crisis. But it is important to train and know how to see the new opportunities that are open to all of us to better face this new reality.

The Coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, has managed to focus all medical, scientific and international attention. Taking all humans to a state of alarm and confinement, which hinders or prevents the development of normal activity of service companies in the traditional way prior to this global health crisis.

Given this situation, many companies have been forced to implement teleworking, to make the company's activity compatible with the impossibility of commuting their workers. In the case of real estate agencies we have several solutions available to our internet connection, whether by mobile or fiber optic.

1-THE VISITS OR VIRTUAL TOURS.

Virtual tours show an entire space from the sky or ceiling to the ground, making it possible to see the entire image. They are customizable tools that can be adapted to customer needs. They are easy to use and give potential buyers freedom.

One of the advantages of virtual tours is the possibility of including information such as: maps, static photos, videos, text, audio guides, music, sounds, etc. within the virtual tour. That will allow you to give a more complete image of the space and, therefore, improve the user experience due to the added value they offer.

In addition, virtual visits are designed to be shared on social networks, so that users can enjoy them through their social profiles, thus reaching a greater number of potential customers. Companies can include the virtual visit within the profile such as: Facebook, Google Maps or the web itself without complications, such as the following example, a virtual tour of a home: http://www.virtualzenit.com/visitas/visita-virtual-vivienda

As you will see in the icons at the bottom of the image you can:

1- Hide the interactive zones (icons, etc)

2- Hide thumbnails (small images of other rooms or areas)

3-Stop or start automatic rotation.

4-Enter full screen. (To see the visit in full screen)

5-Hide the controls.

What can virtual visits bring us?

1-Time saving: Both for the client and for the real estate agent since time is not wasted in the displacements. If we consider that the collapse of traffic in large cities, together with the issue of parking, represent a great waste of time and money. If we make numbers we will see that this can mean a large number of hours saved on trips throughout the year and that we can invest in more productive issues.

2-Emotional connections: the client, by being able to hold the reins of the virtual visit and being able to interact, can develop an emotional bond of how he could be seen living in that home.

3-Global reach: imagine that a client is from another city, with virtual reality you will not need that client to move, online you can make a presentation and thus you will obtain a global reach of clients without importance of the place where they are living .

4-Flexibility and availability: virtual tours are available at all times for clients, allowing them to gain total flexibility when visiting them. This is a great advantage for those with very tight working hours who cannot match visiting hours with those of work.

2- INTERACTIVE 3D MODELS

There are different formats of interactive 3D models compatible with smartphones, tablets, and computers. Through a free app like BIMx we can navigate our next house, office, apartment.

This tool allows us to navigate in 2D and 3D.

See an example here:

Virtual reality for real estate: https://vimeo.com/228952107

They are downloaded free of charge for potential buyers or tenants and can be used on their mobile, table or computer.

They will allow you to have all kinds of information to decide and filter the 2 or 3 options that really interest you among the large number of offers in the real estate market.

3D: exterior and interior

Move around the interior with total freedom by just dragging a finger on the screen.

Or view interactive 3D sections.

2D: we can see the plants, facades and sections.

Incredible uses of virtual reality that you never imagined

Virtual reality to train police and military

It was recently learned that Russian pilots are practically experiencing virtual warfare. The pilots are trained in the training center, in this the pilots can fly at full speed with a Night Hunter or they can start shooting in a chase, yes without spending a single real bullet, since everything is a simulation through reality virtual.

The US military They also have similar training, as it offers the great advantage that they can increase the number of trials at a much lower cost than if they were in a real training camp.

Other great advantages of the use of virtual reality in military training are security, improved skills, increased capabilities, the absence of contamination and how cheap this system is.

Virtual reality in medicine

Virtual reality is applied in medicine to perform simulations for the training of doctors, surgical operations, treatment of phobias and psychological trauma.

The most common application is in training of doctors to guide and train as if they were really operating. Another common application of virtual reality would be so that in a simple meeting room, a medical board can explore an experimental procedure without putting the life of a patient at risk.

Virtual reality for artists.

Innovation and modernity have always been fundamental characteristics of avant-garde art. The urge to break the established rules, move away from mediocrity, and dream of the unknown. Fight against the traditional in search of originality, use new supports that renew and improve what has been seen so far.

If Dalí were alive, he probably would have put on glasses to paint with the Google Tilt Brush, with this tool it is possible to have virtual brushes and virtual colors to create the most incredible designs. In the networks, there are hanging from mythical 3D figures that come from video games to stylized figures that evoke more the paintings of famous creators.

Virtual reality in Soccer.

Can you imagine being in a seat next to Zidane or Setien in a Classic? Now this is possible, since the main producers of sports content allow you to enjoy games using 360 ° cameras in the fields, so you can change your angle, get closer and even stand next to the player from the comfort of your glasses. virtual reality.

An example of this is what they are doing at LiveLike, a startup in San Francisco, United States, who have developed an application to enjoy a personalized room with a large VIP box like that of a stadium and to be able to enjoy on the big screen and very close from the field of sporting events.

Virtual reality in fashion.

Virtual reality applied to fashion has been a revolution because it has allowed the general public to access the most exclusive catwalks without having to move, thus minimizing costs.

Examples of brands that already enjoy this innovative technology.

Dior takes you directly to one of the brand's most important shows in the city of Paris. Offering an exclusive and original immersive experience, anywhere in the world, without the costly cost of accommodation and transfers.

Tommy Hilfiger has decided not to be left behind and also takes his catwalks to Virtual Reality, through virtual glasses customers can ‘witness’ a parade from their stores in London, Amsterdam, Milan, Florence, Zurich, Paris and Moscow.

Virtual reality in the en...

Virtual reality is increasingly popular and not only on a recreational level but also in different sectors and industries. This is also the case in the energy sector, where virtual reality devices have found their place and utility, helping energy professionals to work more easily.

Professionals in the energy sector put on glasses

Virtual reality glasses in the world of electrical energy are not used for customers, but for professionals and large projects of distributors, marketers, and generators. There is not yet the possibility of seeing the light comparator in three dimensions, neither will companies be able to access their light comparator in this way, therefore, cheap light companies cannot be found through virtual glasses, but professionals can use them to access information that is difficult to access.

These are some of the uses of virtual reality in the energy sector:

Project study: Implement the projects of new factories or power generators in a 'virtual' way before building them, this allows to see design errors or security problems in advance. Simulation through virtual reality allows to improve the design about the energy efficiency of the building and save costs on the energy and maintenance bill.

Examine the pieces in detail: Some pieces are too small to see every detail, virtual reality allows you to see each angle and appreciate everything magnified.

Meetings between professionals: Through virtual reality, energy professionals at opposite ends of the world can meet and work together, being able to see both the same without having to move.

There are still parts of the energy sector that have not applied this new technology and customers will not be able to use the glasses to contract the cheapest light or as an alternative to contracting light online at the moment, but this technology does not stop developing and advancing, so the future can accommodate many possibilities.

-Renewables at the forefront of virtual reality

The branch of the energy sector that is using virtual reality the most is that of renewable energy. In addition to the aforementioned, virtual reality glasses are used for the education and training of technicians of those renewable energy facilities that are difficult to access, to which they cannot often go to learn and practice in person.

In this article of The Energy Newspaper, the use of virtual reality technology and its great advantage in the renewable energy sector are explained in detail. Work is now underway to create more compact and less bulky virtual reality glasses, seeking comfort and, above all, the safety of technicians and other energy professionals.

This new symbiosis between virtual reality and the energy world is here to stay and will continue to grow and increase possibilities, benefiting both industries.

Virtual reality in multinationals

Big energy multinationals are beginning to exploit the possibilities of digitization to increase security and reduce the bill for maintenance, inspection and repair of industrial plants. Cepsa wants to implement augmented reality in its main facilities before the end of 2020 and extend it to all the others in the next five years.

The energy giants have industrial areas that are often tens of kilometers from large urban centers. That means an expensive challenge every time a team has to be sent to repair a fault. In addition, within those areas, there are places where access is either difficult or dangerous or both at the same time. For this reason, some companies are taking advantage of the benefits of digital transformation to prevent risks and intervene remotely.

What virtual reality brin...

Can you imagine being able to visit flats without having to leave home? With virtual reality technology and virtual tours it is possible. Although in the beginning this technology was only intended for video games and cinema, more sectors are including it in their business models due to the benefits it brings

This is the case of the real estate sector which has managed to get the most out of virtual reality by offering its clients virtual tours about properties for sale or rent at any time and anywhere.

With services like Virtual Zenit, companies can integrate virtual reality into their activities. The Virtual Zenit company has a large team of experts who are in charge of creating virtual reality applications and environments in which they recreate from the textures to the light and the real dimensions of the spaces.

Introducing virtual reality in your business can bring the following benefits:

-Remove distances: prospective buyers can visit the properties from anywhere without having to travel to the property itself.

-Save time and money: avoiding travel, both real estate agents and clients save time and money since they can carry out as many virtual visits as the client wants. In addition, the discard process is faster since with a first virtual tour, future buyers will be able to discard those homes that do not meet their requirements.

-Flexibility and availability: virtual tours are available at all times for clients, allowing them to gain some flexibility when visiting them. This is a great advantage for those with very tight working hours who cannot match visiting hours with those of work.

-More realistic vision: thanks to virtual reality, augmented reality, virtual tours and 360º images, customers receive a much more realistic vision than with normal photos. In addition, virtual reality allows future buyers to plan the space of the property and design the interior of it before buying it. This generates more confidence and represents added value for the real estate agency.

-Marketing technique: virtual reality can be used as one more marketing strategy in the real estate agency that will provide a competitive advantage over those that do not have this technology.

In addition to all these advantages, on many occasions, virtual reality platforms allow integrating the company's CRM with virtual tours so that they can be managed and automated. Many of them also have analytics on visits made so that real estate agents can carry out an analysis of which properties work better than others. Solutions such as Virtual Zenit's also train real estate agents in the use of this technology so that they can show it to clients themselves. The environments and applications created are intuitive and easy to use since they are intended to be used by users without prior training in this type of technology.

Virtual reality and neuro...

What is neuromarketing?

Neuromarketing is the study of the decision-making process of consumers before buying, while they are buying and after buying.

In order to reach the final consumer, many companies connect through feelings, transmitting values, and emotions, as it is an effective way to receive positive feedback towards the product or brand.

Neuromarketing types, including: auditory, kinesthetic and visual

-Auditory: This is based on what we hear. Characteristic music or sound can influence a customer's purchasing decision. The sound produced by a product that we consume, whether it is opening a wrapper, the sound that is produced by biting or eating a food, will generate a series of emotions and stimuli that will cause us to enjoy the experience or, on the contrary, it may generate rejection and therefore, stop consuming it.

-Kinesthetic: It is that marketing that is related to touch, taste or smell. The same product that is displayed in a store is perceived in the same way visually and audibly, but smell and touch influence the purchase decision.

-Visual: this focuses on how we perceive everything before our eyes, a simple and clear example would be the technique most used by all SMEs and even by large businesses, putting the price of a finished product at 0.99.

Focusing on the visual, neuromarketing and Virtual reality

If your product exists only in designs on display or if you want to ensure that this change of decoration in your business or in your future architectural project evokes in the client the emotions they wanted, this innovative technology is the ideal one. Everything new also opens new avenues and this is another of the occasions.

According to concepts extracted from the book '' Think fast, think slowly '' - Taking into account the way in which our perception is distorted can save us many errors ''

'' People tend to think that they are doing everything possible to achieve a goal, when in fact we overestimate the situations that directly affect us, that is, our work or effort. Our work seems to us more important than that of others since we look at it from our point of view, in conclusion, we can always improve to evolve positively towards the achievement of our objectives. ''

The world is changing and you?

An efficient way of transmitting these values and emotions is through virtual reality, (VR and augmented reality), according to the neuromarketing studies attached below, visual neuromarketing unconsciously influences our emotions, specifically memory, through which is 85% more likely to be attracted by this innovative technology, thus in order to satisfy the needs and desires of the client.

In other words, through 360º virtual tours, architectural renders and through videos and virtual reality images, we connect directly with the brain of our current or potential client.

According to the scientific study carried out by F. Gordillo León and José M. Arana Martínez.

‘’Studies reveal that the message is recorded with greater impact and the memories are more intense and lasting over time, thus directly influencing their emotions and feelings.’’

‘’This provides a clear adaptive nuance to emotion as it allows to give relevance to stimuli or events. This greater relevance is at the base of the facilitation that the emotion exerts on the memory. ’’

Advantages of virtual reality (VR - Augmented reality - Videos and Images), Renders

1. Immersion. It is the most effective technology for its ability to achieve recreation and immersive experience closer to what a real situation would be.

2. Recreation of any type of virtual stage, saving the physical cost. This recreation can be developed through rendered scenes or with 360º photography or video, being interactive for the client.

3. 100% controlled environment. Different behaviors, situations and scenarios can be provoked to measure consumer reactions, behaviors and preferences.

4. Lower costs and less execution time. Since it does not require preparing real scenarios. Virtual reality allows you to create many more at a lower cost and with quick execution, reducing the period of field work and being able to do it without having to leave our work room.

Neurofocus conducted a very interesting study with YouTube users, in which they showed 3 advertisements, data collected through 32 sensors that captured the activity of the brain regions. The results were the following:

-The ads on PC or mobile are more effective in women, they tend to connect with facts before making a decision.

Between men and women, there is a relevant factor that they have in common, they connect more with situations oriented to solving solutions, they show interest in space-time relationships, in other words they are more attracted to visual elements such as geometric shapes, shapes ...
